The Port Alberni Port Authority is exercising its rights as a warehouser under the BC Warehouse Lien Act;
The Port Alberni Port Authority is enforcing a lien it has against the vessel by selling it pursuant to the process outlined in the Warehouse Lien Act;

The vessels are being sold “as-is, where-is” without any representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind and that there will be no refunds or deductions of the sale price;
